Yes! Although we cater heavily to first responders and military. Our store is open to the general public! 

All military surplus/used items are as is and have the risk of having minor defects. Returns/refunds on these items will be at the discretion of Gear Up Surplus, Inc. Further questions on these items prior to purchase can be directed via e-mail [email protected] 

We will offer returns and refund on all new items if unused and within 10 days from delivery of items. Military surplus/used items may not be eligible for returns or refunds and are left at the discretion of Gear Up Surplus, Inc. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered nor reimbursed by Gear Up Surplus, Inc. 

We offer free shipping for any orders over $75. These orders will be shipped at our discretion and will arrive within 3 to 10 days. 

All orders placed before 11AM typically ship the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders that apply for free shipping will ship out within 1-5 days from date of purchase.

Items ordered that are not in stock will be shipped out as soon as they are made available. Timeframes will be sent once orders are placed and processed.
